And this will prepare them for the following listening.)<br>Step 2 Pre-listening(5 minutes)<br>Present some new expressions first, like promotion, throw a party, the more the merrier by making up a short paragraph—"People celebrate important occasions, like weddings, promotions or birthdays. Usually they like to throw a party to get their families and friends together and have fun.
